'Heaven Sword Dragon Sabre' is the dramatisation of the third novel in the Condor Heroes trilogy by Jin Yong (Louis Cha). This is the 2003 Taiwanese version with Alec Su and Alyssa Chia. The dvd English subs have been edited into excellent English referencing Jin Yong's wuxia terminology. The story revolves around a pair of priceless and powerful weapons, Heaven Reliant Sword and Dragon Slaying Sabre, which are coveted by many martial artists in the jianghu. As Zhang Wuji undergoes many adventures as he grows from an indecisive youth into a powerful martial artist, his life is complicated by involvement with three women. Whom will he choose? And which martial path will he decide to follow in the Jianghu?
