Probably. But I never could download more than 150MB. Seeded 350MB and torrent is stalled from 2 days. I'm only facing problem with this torrent. I'm not getting any download speed on this torrent. Maybe people are using blocklist or something. I tried using Tixati, Deluge and Transmission and after downloading a few MB all of them stop. I don't have any firewall setup. I tried everything on my end and even restarted the pc twice after purging cached dht etc. All other torrents download at full speeds. This is the only one that does not download anything.
