This is a 25 minute "commercial" made for the town called Chichibu, because they needed a new marketing ploy now that everyone's forgotten about AnoHana. So what is it about? Some girl went to Chichibu as a kid and found this dreamy boy and now she's had wet dreams about him ever since. She decides to go back to Chichibu and search for him.
