I agree with @Hentacle
I had 0 intention to watch it in the chronological order and yet here I am.... I finished watching episode 6 and that appears to be a final episode. Now, I am left with the remaining 8 episodes.
You have completely ruined the mystery aspect for me.... this was pretty much the only reason for me to here. I want to warm other people.
Listing that its chronological is helpful, but you don't need to be so dramatic. It doesn't have to be *ruined*.
For those coming across this, here is a some really good information on watch order: https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/wiki/watch_order#wiki_the_melancholy_of_haruhi_suzumiya
Finally, thanks for the excellent HEVC upload!

for those asking for broadcast order, just rename the files according to the broadcast order since this one follows chronological.
@nas43escobar why are you here then? the people who are dumb are the people who compiles something differently from the original and not clarify. i did my research and decided to watch in broadcast order to have an authentic experience, so i assumed that since the person didnt say it was chronological, it would be faithful to how it was.
i don't want to sound ungrateful, but if you are going to go by the 2009 REBROADCAST order, you should really include BOTH Seasons, as Season 2 episodes were intermingled in this list. the fact that it ended in the middle of a story arc is proof of that.
what you have here is Season 2 episodes mixed with Season 1 episodes, which is just silly and pointless...maybe next time put it all in one torrent.
To clarify, this torrent is in the correct order that most people (including myself) want to watch it - Chronological order.
If you want to watch it in Broadcast order you need to change the order of the episodes.
I added the episode titles above to assist anyone else who downloads this to make their own choice. They'll be able to piece together the series in whatever order they want based on the episode titles. When I initially downloaded this I started changing around the episode order on my PC in an attempt to watch is correctly (Chronologically) but... Unbeknownst to me it was already in Chronological order, which is how I wanted to view this series in the first place. Ugh.
If you want to watch this in the correct Chronological order - leave everything alone and watch this in numerical order as it is listed in this torrent and the [Cleo] 2009 torrent combined for a total of 28 Chronological episodes.
Then watch The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya Film which is also on this site.
I just learned about The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan series (9gb version) and I'm downloading that now. I'm not sure where that fits into this saga but it is the next thing I found and I've already watched the original 28 episodes and the movie. I guess I'll find out.
Yuki needs a hug. I hope Kyon hugs Yuki Nagato in this lifetime. Yuki needs some kind of emotional warmth from the other brigade members.
Those complaining about the order of the files, should probably direct your annoyance at the people that created the BD in the first place, which is the source. It's the order on the BD, so it'll be the order for most of the torrents you find (not just for this series). It's up to the user to do their own research and put the episodes in whatever order they want, which would be the case if you bought the BD yourself.
