Run this with PCSX2 if you're playing on PC. There's no English patches for this game, however English translations for the menus can be found [here](http://bordersdown.net/content/741-Racing-Battle-C1-Grand-Prix-PS2-Menu-Guide-Translation). If you want a Genki Racing Project game from around the same period, try Tokyo Xtreme Racer: Drift 2, which is more touge (mountain passes) focused, or Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3, which is more about speed and highway battles. Both titles' ISOs can be found easily on the web as they were more (maybe still are!) popular with the Western market. Enjoy, and keep the Wangan dream alive.
