@TitanColosal8 If you're talking about the ED, then there's nothing to fix, that's how the US ED was made; no animation, just a still image and ending song.
@CyberKuma NO. @TitanColosal8 is right. There's problem with the encode. The end of each chapter is so weird.... you can try to watch from another source.
The episodes themselves plus ending song/credits are complete. The only part that's messed up is the preview at the end of each episode. Whereas the episodes normally have a runtime of about 24 Minutes (the preview plays for about 30 seconds at the end), for whatever reason these encodes have a runtime of 26 minutes. Personally I can do without the preview if I get a nice quality and file size in return.
There is a complex issue here that is difficult to describe, and that no-one has really captured the essence of:
1) the video runtime is about one and a half minutes too long
2) the end credits segment seems to play back at about half speed (taking about three minutes)
3) (therefore:) the audio for the post-credits preview segment ends up playing halfway during the end credits, and the actual preview segment of the video is silent
(4) these issues don't seem present on the 720p release)
It seems almost as if this encode was based on a release that used MKV ordered chapters (the segment linking thing), and has been stitched together by some kind of script, but where the framerate was incorrectly specified for the credits/ED segment - resulting in it playing back at the wrong speed and causing an offset between the video and audio of the previews
Is there any chance that this could get looked at again?
