This torrent contains a mistake in the order of episodes.
Where: Set 2
This is the correct order of episodes:

@kirsion what @oktan is talking about is that the black bars are in the actual video file. If you watch this in a 4:3 monitor it's going to show up as letterbox and still have the black lines on the sides. The proper way to encode 4:3 video is to encode it in a 4:3 resolution so that if someone does watch it on a display with that ratio that they just don't get the lines. They're probably trying to watch on either a 4:3 CRT monitor or TV and the whole thing is either squished in the center or a tiny box window in the center depending on how the display handles 16:9 content.
@oktan there is no added black black bars, run it in media player classic, it displays correct or use VLC player
episodes 16,17,18,19 are the wrong order
episode 16 should be episode 19, i am deleting this file, too many misplaced episodes
this isnt the first time this ecnoder makes mistakes, you gave me a headache watching Steins;Gate season 1, please be consistent with the Sound Volume throughout the entire series
Uh, the first poster fails to realize that all anime back in the 1980's was full frame.I had to do a double take; very few anime productions were produced in the widescreen format, with the exception of theatrical anime films.There are no black bars on the side. That was just native for all television shows back in the 80's and 90's.
SoulTaker and tempest21 are talking rubbish, I'm afraid.
Oktan and popularzero are correct. The encoder used the wrong cropping settings, and the black bars on the left+right of the video (padding the 4:3 into 16:9) are PART OF THE VIDEO FILE, which is a very unfortunate mistake to have made for such a large release. The video has been encoded to 1920x1080 when it should have been something like 1440x1080.
The comments confusion might have come about since the 720p release by [Cleo] doesn't have this problem. https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1143357
@SoulTaker
This is the Bluray Release. Not DVD Release. When they released Ranma on Bluray they reordered the episodes to better align with the manga. So OP never messed up the ordering, just left it the way the Bluray had it, don't dog on people if you don't have all the facts. :-)
This was a good release and has a signs only option so I find it a little better than the other releases around the same size.
