FLAC is smaller and offers the same quality audio. There is no reason not to go with FLAC over PCM.

For the file size, this is pretty low quality visually. The lines are jagged and thickened from what they should be. The black level looks too high as well, making the image and colours look washed. Even much smaller sized releases have much better detail. I'd recommend getting a different release.
