I noticed that meanwhile there have been two other releases of Ultra Maniac, both are missing IVTC and have severe interlace artifacts (which could have been already in the source). The first one was even hardsubbed, and the second one I'm guessing was from the Discotek DVD release which is overcompressed (4 discs).
