Which one is better? This or horrbilesubs 1080p 8bit version? I want to download 1080p but this one is better i think...

I have 3 questions, please help me, i wanna know the things... - What is TVO, TX, BS-J etc. - Why this just only 720p and not 1080p - Which one is better this or "koten-gars itunes 8bit 1080p" or horriblesubs 1080p 8bit versions and why? Thanks.

@Geekoloji - Those are the Japanese channels, for the most part, the quality from all the channels are usually pretty similar. - Not all the Naruto Shippuuden episodes were never released in True 1080. - Koten-gars is better than HorribleSubs because is CRF vs 2-pass.
