Does anyone know why HS’s 720p releases are now at 600/700MB of size? Are they never gonna return to being 300/400MB of size?

from what i've heard, CR changed their settings so yeah no 300/400MB for 720p for the forseeable future. drop to 480p or reencode. i've dropped to 480p, then later download in best quality when BDRips surface.
