What is the point of releasing BD raws if they look objectively worse then the CR rips?
@DmonHiro As George Mallory once famously responded when asked, "Why did you release BD raws if they look objectively worse then the CR rips?": "Because the BDs were there." Or something like that, anyway; my memory has gotten fuzzy with old age. It might also have involved climbing Mt. Everest in some way, but I think it was mostly about ripping anime BDs. Of course, I'm not Ohys, but I think that was probably the reason. Anyway, even if the BD source *was* terrible, thanks for giving it a try anyway, Ohys :) Now to actually take a look at these rips for comparison - the BDs being that bad would certainly explain why no one else seems to have done a release, although it would also feel wrong somehow to archive the HS version. I wish this had FLAC, just to satisfy my OCD. Any idea if the BS11 or ATX raws are better than the BD/CR versions?
