Orphan Fansubs presents its *third* (gulp) version of Tezuka Osamu's 1970 "erotic cartoon", *Cleopatra*. See [this blog entry](https://collectr.blogspot.com/2020/01/cleopatra-blu-ray.html) for more information about the release.
What's different this time?
1. Based on the UK Blu-ray release.
2. Includes the trailer.
3. Includes the highly informative English commentary track.
4. Includes the official subs - both styled and original PGS - as well as the fansubs.
The commentary track alone is worth the price of admission.
All Orphan releases are available from IRC bot Orphan|Arutha in channels #nibl or #news on irc.rizon.net.
@Pinaka - Ours, of course! That's why they're the default. But either will do fine. See the blog for examples of how the fansubs and official subs handle some of the tricky parts of the script.
We only care if there's visual depictions of genitalia and/or the majority of the content is sex scenes, I can't be bothered to check so I'll assume it's not fitting these conditions since a trusted uploader thought it was fine to put here. If it is I'll also assume they will handle it.
On a related note realistically a lot of content that would be deemed non 18+ could be considered pornography, such as High School DxD, Masou Gakuen HxH, and various other fan service anime I'm not adding here. The definition of pornography is:
"Sexually explicit writing, images, video, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal."
which could easily fit shows like To Love Ru, and really just most fan service anime that is allowed on this side. Realistically you can't even consider this side of the site safe for work as well because of those various fan service animes that are allowed on TV and thus here. Basically I'm not going to be especially zealous about this particular rule, and for the most part allow people to self-regulate on it as long as they're not uploading straight uploading porn according to my original definition above.
