Encoded from the US BD. Dual Audio: Japanese (Stereo FLAC), English (Stereo FLAC), US Commentary (Stereo FLAC). Because was digital composite, it was likely rendered near it is intend broadcast resolution and cannot be remastered in the same way that cell animation can be. While, this blu-ray definitely up-scaled in order to get to 1080p it is still a proper HD remaster. It should look noticeably better than the DVD releases just not as good as it could have looked if it had been made analogue.
I did these subs myself from the US PGS subs. Let me know if there are any errors or inconsistencies.
