It was suffered to a sharpening that made haloing, ringing and aliasing around linearts. It's been pretty tough to deal with that and I'm not fully satisfied but it's the best I can do at the moment and the result is good. To fix the above issues, I've been trying to pull up the studio's filter chain: first, slight blur throughout the video since even the grain and credits were oversharpened, deringing, then a mild denoising. I couldn't find a suitable kernel to descale it so just a regular antialiasing and deband+regrain. * If you have a problem with any of the episodes, please report it.
