You thought I was dead, but I wasn't! To repeat, I will now begin working on the old episodes that I have not released yet (2 through 7). These will be uploaded separately as I finish them. They will then be compiled, along with revised versions of prior releases, in the batch upload. My personal thoughts on the series: - CGI seems to be the way idol anime (look at ML), and anime in general, is going, so there's not much use complaining. That said, this definitely didn't feel like a high-budget or ambitious use of the technology. - Sometimes it felt ridiculously cheesy (setting up a stream for Banri and stirring him from a coma with a slightly homo song?) and/or gay (Ren calling for Banri to come back, Wataru saying he couldn't leave Ren alone like that, the entirety of "Pray", Ren jumping on stage into Nayuta's arms, the "passion" between Ren and Nayuta in general, Wataru and Yuto hunting down Ren because he's so "special", etc...). I liked that. But I wanted a more compelling plot. **Credits:** Video: FumeiRaws TL: Muse Asia Editing and typesetting: Me, aka flappa or [argo] **Notes:** - I try not to include T/N in the videos themselves (we've all seen the memes), but I felt keeping Muse Asia's T/N for the line in "Pray" was appropriate since it added good context that would otherwise be lost. - You may notice that I translate the same word differently in the same line for "Pray". I did this because "Believe, believe" or "Believe...believe" felt strange. But it's also strange to see the same word translated differently, so I'll definitely go back and look at this line during revisions. - To avoid chapter clutter, I don't break up inserts for brief cuts to different scenes unless the music completely stops.
