This is basically this release: https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1170892 but updated from clean to the latest 07th mod version as of december 2020 (with SE and BGM fixes) and chapter 8 added, which completes the main story.
I've only tried if the games open and play a bit so there's a chance something is broken and I didn't notice, tell me in the comments if that's the case and i'll fix it ASAP.
It's not an ultimate release since manga gamer still has to release some bonus chapters.
07th Mod ports the ps3 graphics and some exclusive arcs to PC.

if it doesn't work download https://nyaa.iss.one/view/870605 instead of extracting the already existing chapter 4 and do the same process from a clean copy.
I wish someone would make a mod or translate the switch/PS4 versions... the sprites are a bit different in them as their mouths move, etc.
Still don't understand why they wouldn't make an English worldwide release or even an English Asian release...
Since with Gou and all... + the anniversary at the time...
@oreharu they already answered you in another comment, but this is already modded with the switch (they're the same as the ps3 anyway) sprites and they do have lip sync.
And this is from the official english release too (mangagamer) but they haven't released some other bonus arcs yet.
maybe this is because I'm using a save from the previous version, but for Minagoroshi I end up back in a previous section (when Rika goes to the clinic to ask where Takano is. forget what chapter that's in, sorry) at the end of chapter 4 instead of going to the usual save/load screen.
I think they recommend you finish a chapter before updating to the latest version, because updating it may make your saves go forward or backwards in time apparently.
Great work. 07thmod recently released an update for the console arcs which added Miotsukushi PS2 so if anyone's interested, they can add it on their own
