is this the complete one....I mean does this also contains the Dōjinshi.....cuz i remember the manga ended abruptly and the author published the remaining story in Dōjinshi, so is this also incomplete??

Dojinshi is still ongoing, but no translator bothers with it. PS: 9MB per volume - that's wow...
