ISO of Kokoro Connect Yochi Random (ココロコネクト ヨチランダム).
English translation is being done over on github and by defan752. English name of the game seems to be "Random Predictions" but it is also is named "Future Predictions" in other places.
ISO contains an iso with the beta english patch already applied.

@dembercorrales01 From the Github page: "This release currently is functional and plays through the beginning part of the game until the club members go home for the day the first time. We are only guaranteeing up to that point in the game being functional and while there may be translated parts after that, we will not guarantee or support anything beyond that point." So no, it is not 100%. That's why it's a beta release.
