In realtà sono parassiti, alieni, simbionti, chiamateli come vi pare e hanno un precisa intenzione: sostituire l’uomo come specie dominante del pianeta Terra! Shinichi è un ragazzo come tanti altri, discreto negli studi, imbranato con le ragazze e un po’ timido. Ma una notte la sua vita cambia. Qualcosa entra nel corpo di Shinichi, e si impossessa della sua mano destra. Intanto altri esseri umani vengono posseduti dagli alieni, e cominciano a mietere vittime. Nessuno riesce a capire il motivo di questi omicidi così brutali. Uomini, donne e bambini vengono massacrati, intere famiglie vengono sterminate e non se ne capisce il motivo.
