Edit: I recommend using enodation's patch as it fixes various issues. Available from the comment section. Installation instructions: Head into your Umineko folder and rename the **fonts** folder. You can give it any name you'd like. Extract the new fonts folder and **日本語.file** from the uminekojp archive into the Umineko folder. Launch the game and set Config --> Game Language to 日本語. Then click exit. Restart the game and upon selecting an episode, dialogue should display in Japanese. PS: The Game Language setting in the options menu will still display English as the selected language. As long as you don't change the setting, the game will continue to display in Japanese.
