Thoughts on [this encode](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1371793) and [this source](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1369045)? Also, is it possible to trim 24 black frames at the beginning, and at the end of 1st episode?

"is it possible to trim 24 black frames at the beginning" - I don't like trim.
