Use a app that's made to support manga with a dual-page reading mode. Definitely will have issues if you try reading manga like single pages.

No clue. Guessing those are scanlation groups. This is official English release from Seven Seas Entertainment.
Up to you whether you prefer fan translations or official.
Those are also rips, I believe he meant to ask how this rip compares to those, be it what source was used or the ripping and saving methods used which determine the quality, since you uploaded the entire set including v1-13 that were uploaded here already instead of just v14. Nothing wrong with that though since they are separate files and you can download what you want.
