### Why?
- I simply much prefer having hardware decoding on especially weaker devices
- Japanese Default and proper Forced Tagging
- Kawaiika is quite a bit smaller with a (imo) negligible quality difference
What did you other than remux? Also is Kawaiika raws so good to do a release and splitting the sneed for a subjective better video with little to no changes?
I know it's blasphemy to some, but I think I actually prefer Kawaiika-Raws over SCY's encode after doing some comparing. Less micro-haloing and sharper background detail. SCY retains grain better in dark scenes but I don't know how much of that is just added from adaptive grain vs source. Also noticed a few small artifacts from the HEVC encode but overall I think Kawaiika is better.
@Mabby, does the HEVC codec itself add artifacts? I want to use it for my encode for smaller sizes, but would prefer not to if it results in lower quality.
