### Sources: - Video & Audio: Japanese BDMV & USBD for the dub - Subs: [Afro](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/373099) (Edited) - Chapters: [Arid](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1381131) ### Info: - Video: HEVC 10bit L4 - Denoise, a proper edgefix, Dehalo, AA, Deband, Regrain - Audio: Japanese & English 5.1 (QAAC TVBR 127) - Subs: English & Signs (read below) - [MediaInfo](https://bin.disroot.org/?5fe74a2d8dcb4d10#4fHhfBGj1jWwWtsouvAHsBwxK72KJzMcP21zDfhGyn1w) ‎ I stalled this for way too long lmao. Something I had in mind for the next project actually also came in handy here, so I decided to do a "quick" release. The encode for this was pretty low effort apart from the edgefix, but I'd still assume that it might be the best around. The subs definitely needed fixing. A lot of weird line-breaks, some weird/unfitting words, the little TS there is and the styling were changed by me. ‎ #### Special thanks to: - Julek, Light and EoE for helping me with the dirty edge detection - K4FK4 for helping me a little with the subs

nice edgefixing, *neeeeerddd*
Whatsup with the blocking? Also >QAAC Cringe
Not only does Vodes add ringing, he also adds blocking and bad audio... Absolute state of anime fansubbers :(
Ewww QAAC, I've only seen that spike up to about 1000kb/s before, do people actually find that acceptable? If you're not posting FLAC, why did you even bother uploading?

thanks tanya when
I don't know if you people are trolling or your players are fucking up the HEVC decoding somehow but I cannot see where your complaints regarding the video quality are coming from since this release looks better than Afro's, which so far had been the best one. Unless I'm missing something, of course, but I did compare the two releases at many points. And if you're so attached to the FLAC audio, the one from said release should sync-up perfectly with this one, anyway.
>I cannot see where your complaints regarding the video quality are coming from Vodes encodes are typically full of ringing and blocking. This is a pretty well known fact and I believe that's what the others are referring to.
@‎_K4FK4_ Well, we're currently talking about /this/ encode, not his past work.
You need to take lessons at "The Encodejo", normal people like us can't see the level of "artifacts" that the seasoned professionals can.

> Audio: Japanese & English 5.1 (QAAC TVBR 127) after you stop
after watching this release myself I can confirm it is of high quality. I am an encoder for the judas group so you can be assured I know what I am talking about
is QAAC TV compatible?
