Here's the best release for the show. English audio, subtitles and chapters have been retimed for 6 episodes. At this moment there isn't a raw source for the OVA (Wielder of the Red Knife) online, and seems to have only been released on Blu-Ray outside Japan (would be great if someone shares the M2TS file). If the original Toonami dub ever resurface online I will add them to the videos (the dub is a bit different from the home release version and should be preserved). Until then, enjoy. I will seed as much as I can.
Edit: Toonami and Unfinished openings are from YouTube. Everything else are from raw blu-rays.
@KevyTo4Life It's as uncensored as it's going to get. Apparently there was supposed to be a more uncensored version of the show that was never released on home video (hence the director's cut opening), but if we're comparing the original 2011 Japanese broadcast (https://archive.org/details/DMWLBV) and the 2012 [adult swim]'s Toonami broadcast, then yes, this IS uncensored.

@Mr-EfTi Unfortunately, the Japanese animation studio Manglobe went bankrupt in 2015. The true uncensored version will never see the light of day. We can only hope that one day this series gets the Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood treatment by a brand new animation studio, but considering it has been 10 years since its initial TV run, and the manga finished in 2013, I would not hold my breath.
And no problem. This was my favorite show.

@laurensz There are many encodes of this show with smaller sizes on the site, but no remux (until now). This is a great show and it's still extremely gory compared to its broadcast counterparts. And no problem!

@zrdb: Agreed. There have been tons of releases for this show and nobody has thought to release it with untouched footage. I wish remuxes were more common on this site. I'm even looking for remux of the whole Ikkitousen series. If the BDMVs weren't taken down all over the internet, I would definitely make a remux of it myself and post it here.
