1. The subtitles were originally done by DragonTeam, but were overhauled by Herms98 for AnimeAjay's Super cut of Resurrection 'F' for a more accurate and smoother experience. The changes made by Herms have been applied to the original cut's subtitles here, along with some restyling to the dialogue and logo typesetting.
2. Extended sub parts were sourced from Pendekar's release.

Shippuden will be out as soon as its done, unfortunately there's a ton of moving parts that goes on to make that release possible. We had quite a few drawbacks causing it to be delayed even further. Sorry if this doesn't directly answer your question, I don't want to give a definitive answer and then people come back to give me shit when It doesn't happen. You can expect it sooner than later.
Also please be aware that I'm also involved in tons of other projects all at the same time and I'm being stretched very thin.
Excellent job with the TV recording sections of the extended edition.
For anyone else curious, all recordings will have a TV logo in the corner but at least there is no clock and the logo is a bit transparent so it doesn't stand out too much.

It has been nearly 5 months since I sent you a PM requesting my LaserDisc and VHS tape back. You have failed to respond. It has been nearly 2 years since I sent both of those items to you to digitize and send me the raws. You have failed to do so. I want both items sent back to me immediately, in the same condition sent, and in packaging that ensures they arrive back to me in the same condition sent.
