Isn't this the OVA/DVD extra (Tokuten Eizou)? I'm curious where the number 49 comes from, since Savers only has 48 episodes.

Yup, that's the Tokuten Eizou! I prefer to include it as an episode more than an OVA / Bonus as they keep the Opening & Ending + Traditionnal Lenght of an episode. With that said, I precise they were "Hors-série" or "HS" in the Title, which are French terms for saying they're not related to the main plot. But if people though it's confusing, I will edit the title :).
