[Source-Encode Comparison](https://slow.pics/c/BNEc9ISc)

The first time I watched this show, I was still in high school. At the time I could understand much of how Godai feels throughout the show, but it was a sort of conceptual sympathy and I'd never felt like I could empathise much. Revisiting it now, being roughly of the age he is, does make a pretty major difference. I've had a more fun time with these first few episodes as a whole this time around, though I'm not sure how much of that is just my tolerance for certain things changing over the years. In any case, this episode was a major pain to edit. It takes an **assortment** of puns and runs with it throughout the entirety of the episode almost. At one point I had basically rewritten 30% of the episode. Not in terms of just changing lines (some episodes reach 50%+ on that end), but in terms of actual meaning. Then Nazaki stepped in and offered a way simpler solution that did not require any rewriting of the episode. Bless his soul.
**Releasing two episodes per week, one on Sundays, and another on Wednesdays.**

As this is a mostly solo project, I have no doubts there are errors in the source I missed and potentially even more that I introduced. So please report any errors in my [Public QC Discord server](https://discord.gg/YwpJf2fHDe). **I am also looking for additional timers to split the workload with. Even contributing just a few episodes would be appreciated**. No prior fansubbing experience required, so long as you've timed something before. Use mpv for playback.
