I really enjoyed last episode. One strength of this show in general are the moments in which it understands certain facets of life that other anime don't usually shed light on. In particular, Godai's unusually insightful and salient observations about Kyoko's idealisation of her late husband and the coupled inability to move on were great, as were the visuals framing the entire scene. It's one of the moments that's personally really stuck with me over the years; I always remember it whenever I think of all of the fantastic scenes that take place on Clock Tower Hill. The way in which this show gradually charges certain setpieces such as the uphill with emotions is very potent, which is something I particularly adore about this show and many other favourites. I would like to go on, but I'll leave other related ramblings to one of the many later episodes. For now, have fun with the first episode of the second BD volume!

As this is a mostly solo project, I have no doubts there are errors in the source I missed and potentially even more that I introduced. So please report any errors in my [Public QC Discord server](https://discord.gg/YwpJf2fHDe). **I am also looking for additional timers to split the workload with. Even contributing just a few episodes would be appreciated**. No prior fansubbing experience required, so long as you've timed something before. Use mpv for playback.
