My name... is Rider. Call me Kamen Rider! Toei released the first 20 minutes of Shin Kamen Rider, so here it is subbed! Not gonna lie, I avoided watching this because I wanted to go in fresh for when the film hopefully makes its way into international theaters, but the translator Michaelele is very excited to watch the film and couldn't help himself, so I did this as a favor to him.
