The quantization of HVC1 (MPEG-H - Part 2) in 10-bit and CRF-18 or higher is much more effective than the fast-encoded transport streams in the anachronistic AVC1 (MPEG-4 - Part 9).
Users don't get it. It's the highly effective HEVC codec. The playing duration of 82 minutes is the same as that of four episodes of 20.5 minutes each. That results in 244 MB each, or around 295 MB for around 24 minutes. That's absolutely normal.
Where are the info about duration ? How can i know it is 4 episodes, before download? ASW do not like share detailed or even correct info. The info header just blindly copied, for chinese audio it says japanese
This can usually be seen in the title bar and in the description: If it says AVC and/or H.264/ x.264 (AVC1: MPEG-4 - Part 9/ 10), then this's the older MPEG codec, which compared to HEVC (HVC1/ HVC2: MPEG-H - Part 1/ 2; the letter H corresponds to the number 8.), also known as H.265/ x.265, basically produces larger files with the same quality.
MPEG expansion levels: MPEG-4 parts 9, 10 (AVC1, originally intended under MPEG-5 - Part 1/ 2.), 11, 12 (VC-1, originally intended under MPEG-6 - Part 1/ 2.), 13 and 14 (VC-10, originally intended under MPEG-7 - Part 1/ 2.) don't've much in common with the original MPEG specification under Parts 1 and 2. (The first part level of an MPEG codec defines the transport stream, TS for short. The second part level of an MPEG codec defines the Program Stream, PS for short).
MPEG functionality: The fundamental inherent feature of all MPEG codecs from MPEG-4 Part 9 onwards is the capability for hardware acceleration via General Purpose Computation on Graphics Processing Unit (GPGPU); including via Shader Array. The standardized interfaces of microchips are Video Decode and Presentation API for Unix (VDPAU) supported by NVIDIA PureVideo and Intel Direct Media Interface, as well as AMD Advanced Media Framework (AMF) via ATI/ AMD Unified Video Decoder sowie AMD Video Core Next, Microsoft DirectX Video Acceleration (DXVA) via Microsoft Video Acceleration API (VA-API) (also known as Microsoft Video Decode Acceleration Framework).
16yo isn't lolicon at all.
In Japan 13yo is already legal.
Here 14yo is legal btw.
Grandparents used to marry around 12~13 yo, having kids and all.
In ancient egpyt it was perfectly normal (yeah, they lived less, but even so).
But then, "lolis" killing people is perfectly acceptable because is an anime, eh? So much hypocrisy.
@Gradius damn, you're R-slurred AND a nonce at the same time!
13 is the minimum age of consent in Japan, meaning that if prefectural law doesn't dictate its own then it defaults to thirteen. But every prefecture has its own age of consent laws, all being eighteen, and on top of that there's a nationwide child protection act that prevents anyone of higher authority than a minor to engage in anything with the minor in the event there isn't a prefectural law in place (which there isn't anyway). You're stupid, you don't know what you're talking about, and you should stop fucking children.
