Just so you know, the A/V sync is different between the original YouTube rips and the Blu-ray version due to YouTube always screwing with audio sync. Speaking as a long-time YouTuber, it's frustrating to no end. Since the subs are sometimes synced to audio and sometimes synced to visual transitions, that pretty much means they need to be retimed manually for the Blu-rays. Leaving it alone causes them to be out of sync with the audio, and simply shifting the subs causes them to be out of sync with the video. Of course, they're only about a frame off, so the average viewer may not even notice.
@Godshand They're 2-minute web shorts. The whole thing put together is 1.25x the length of a typical anime episode. Considering how little detail is in these (it's all SD character images with super simplified animation), you should be asking how the size is so *large*.
