#### Encoder(s): Jensen Release notes: *generic rescale AA from 720 bicubic b = 0.33, c = 0.33 as removing ringingas well, lots of manual jagges fixes, slight de-noise with de-band and detail preservation mask to prevent destruction on dark scenes.
