The series is currently 10 volumes. Please read below for the description of the two additional volumes, edited copies of Volume 3 and Volume 6.
(nyaa.iss.one required rule compliance) The original 10 unedited files were sourced elsewhere without a release name or group to attribute. The edited volumes have been tagged as such, again, providing a description of the edited versions below.
The [NOHOMO] tag (or the [HOMONO] tag) entails the removal of targeted homosexual influence or inuendos by characters within the story. While the character remains, their conversations and depicted manerisms have been modified to correspond with the character's actual sex. Men will be men and women will be women. Accordingly, interactions with these characters have been modified to remove the homosexual nature previously depicted by the original author.
These changes have been made to provide an enjoyable experience for people whose ideals are in conflict with such things
This is actually a great effort, I could applaud the op for their ideals. But honestly, unless the "homo" part was so bad, then I would have read this, but if it's only light or ignorable in general, then I'll just download the original. Still, thanks for the hard work!
What are you guys talking about? How is it censorship if BOTH versions are available? And people are not 'homophobic' just because homosexuality does not fit in their set of morals. It seems simple enough to provide what is otherwise a good story an alternative for people that would prefer it. If you are fine with homosexuality then the non tagged original version is there. It's like people today don't know how to use remote controls to skip a channel or use the fast forward option.
"How is it censorship to remove content that the censor finds morally objectionable," he says. If a government censors a book, it's still censorship whether or not the original version is easily available online or whatever.
@Loocool2, where you able to get the 2 edited volumes? I have never read Titan's Bride. When I finish this series, I want to edit Otome Game is Hard for a Mob. But I will look at that story to see if it interest me.
@motbob : for it to be censorship it must be prohibited. Since both versions are available, there is no censorship. I also don't work for a government. I'm just a fan of the story like anyone else, other than preferring the homosexuality not be included that is.
@Loocool2: Titan's bride is a no go from me. It is a manga and intended to be purely for homosexuals. As such, I would never read it. And since it is a manga, I would need to also redraw male characters into female characters or add new characters to remove the homosexual characters. Not that something like that couldn't be done, but;... that's a lot more work than just editing what are essentially html files within an 'epub'.
So, I am going to stick with my current reading plans then 'fan edit' the first two volumes of the homo-arc in Otome Game is hard for Mobs. That will take more work than Great Cleric since it will involve a lot more story changing on my part to make the volumes fit together. If your request was in ernest for Titan's Bride, I am sorry that I can not help you with it.
