The creators didn’t intend for viewers to watch that episode first, and that’s the natural consequence of naming it like that. It’s the first file in the folder, so people will click on it first. I don’t want to be sarcastic, so I’ll be blunt and say that hewing to “proper naming” at the expense of sane file order shows that your priorities are fucked beyond repair.

EDIT: At least put a bold heading in the description that tells all the automation-nonenjoyer viewers not to watch S00E01 first.

Shows that don’t reset numbering between seasons aren’t suddenly one long season

is the bd no good? does it not feature animation fixes and the like?
or is it just that there is no good bd encode?

BD is barely better than Enervated’s encode
No fixes known, and it’s somewhat unlikely given it’s full CGI (so it’s expensive to re-render) and the ABSURD time Studio Orange had for this project
