Stratos 4 and the OVA are dual audio, Advance and Kanketsu-hen are not (due to not being dubbed).
I did a cursory timing check, but did not re-watch the entire series.
I presumed a remake was using someone else's encode.
Is a remake specifically a lossy re-encode?
Edit: I just checked the rules, it's this one I think?:

Although it's a Remux of a RAW, so you're probably correct, I'll remove the remake flag.
Under the "Official Community Rules of Nyaa Edition I", it's only a remake if I were to take *this* release and then encode it *again.*
