There is a segment of video that repeats at 1:04 and 1:18. Segments may be out of order as well? This issue is present in every release I can find by any group. So looks like it's an issue with the source.

despite the anime being almost word for word from the novel, the novel was still better... hopefully they aren't covering vol 5 since it isn't in English yet & i haven't read it...
