I don't want to say too much, but I will identify the provider: drfsupercenter from our IRC network. I roughly patched the OP to match the Japanese version, and recreated the Japanese ED. The Japanese audio and guide video come from a DVD. The English and Spanish audio both come from the source. Default audio is Japanese. There are no subtitles. Note that the 30 seconds with "dead" video at the beginning are not a mistake; on other releases, there is text here.
