- Volumes 1 and 2 .5 chapters are raw, volume 4 .5 chapter is partial translated by UP!, volume 6 .5 chapter is fully translated by UP!.
The JPEG-XL images are created from the denoised PNGs after converting from AVIF.

Komga (and Kavita Canary) is able to open and serve JXL files, they will auto-convert if accessing (OPDS) application does not handle JXL.

uh? I thought jxl was already dead lol
Like 5 years ago a guy in the Fap section was pushing it swearing it’ll become the new mainstream picture format of the future in no time, or something along those lines.

It’s really the few retards over at (Google) Chrome that are blocking JPEG-XL and are trying to push AVIF. AVIF on the other hand is horrible for manga IMO.
Besides, for archiving, this which is visually lossless saves a lot of storage, from 3,44GB 24-bit PNGs (after denoising the horrible AVIFs) to 727MB.
