Here's episodes 1-5 of an ongoing project: The Super Robot Red Baron Re-Subs! Because Mill Creek's R1 DVD release looked so lousy, I took the initiative and purchased the remastered R2J DVD set, ripped the eps in h264 10-bit, and then combined the Mill Creek subs with some of the styling from the Portuguese subs by Kaiju Oh 54. I also fixed as many timing issues as I could, as well as some of Mill Creek's grammatical errors (there weren't many, though). As far as the remastering from the R2J set goes, the first two or three episodes are pretty rough around the edges (probably due to the age of the master print), while episodes 4 and 5 (and pretty much all of the other ones) look pretty darn good. So, consider yourself warned. Just as a note, the first three episodes use chuby's Red Baron raws from his torrent (which were in h265), while eps 4 & 5 were ripped by yours truly. I hope you enjoy the new remastered video and the revised subs, and don't forget to seed it for a while after you're done!
