OK, it's a little more complicated than "NTVxR2" - I used an older airing for filler on 473, and the opening is mostly taken from Animax 462 (the logo peeps out a bit). But that's basically what this is. I do have a few other eps I can fix up like this (plug in the correct oped, restore the preview, etc.).
