Encode directly made from the japanese Blu-Ray Box. About subtitles: The only subtitles i've been able to found were sub/idx from US DVD version (Exiled\_Destiny release). I've converted them to srt, and made some timing adjustments. Nevertheless, timing/editing/styling is not realy my stuff, so subtitles are not perfect. If someone feels a burning heart of passion, he's welcomed to improve them.
