Maybe it's the source where he's getting his mango from, or it's a Publisher fuckup like Danke's Fuuka v01-v09 releases which are upscaled as well (and the Publisher doesn't know when or if he's going to fix it). Who knows. He's the only one who's ripping the volumes, so we should be thankful and let's be honest for a second, AoT isn't that bad and his One Piece rips are 10x better than the ones we had before (the Tikas releases with heavy jpeg artifacts).

To be honest, no one downloaded tikas version of one piece, its anherogold-empire. If he/she want to upload, atleast make it consistent. Be it SD or HD.

I won't since it is full of crap upscaled pos =)
